The Silent Diesel Generator 25 kVA is an efficient and reliable power source designed for prime duty in both commercial and residential applications. It performs rated speed at 1500 RPM, with steady stability at a voltage of 230/415V, while the frequency is 50. Its compact design has external dimensions of 7.4 x 3.6 x 5.8 feet and may therefore fit into a large portion of locations. This engine has 4 inline cylinders and produces a gross BHP of 30 with a cubic capacity of 2.96L and compression ratio of 17.5:1 for best power generation. It is designed for silent operation, keeping noise levels to 75 dB at 75% load. Specially suitable for noise-sensitive applications, the rugged structure consists of a 12 mm sheet body made from CRCA, which gives it a rugged and durable nature. It has a 72 liters fuel tank, hence providing extended hours of operations. Liquid cooling with mechanical governing-Class A1 keeps the temperature at an optimized level during operation. A 12V D.C. starting system, including a reliable Exide Genplus or Amaron battery, ensures no hassle free starting. Generator is furnished with a complete set of safety features: overload, low fuel and emergency stop alarms for assured safe operations. The Deepsea controller provides detailed monitoring, which includes important parameters such as voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level. It holds a capacity of 8 L of oil and has an oil change requirement that must be done with CI4 grade oil. Its design also gives up to 500 hours service intervals for oil change as well. Its single-bearing design makes the generator much more reliable.
